Job Summary
Job Opportunity: Japanese-Speaking Back Office Agent (On-Site in North West Germany)
Location: North West Germany (near Dortmund and Düsseldorf)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation up to 250euro travel reimbursement
Signing Bonus: 3000euro (1500 after 3 months 1500 after 6 months)
We are looking for native or fluent Japanese speakers with a bachelors degree to join our team working with new AI technologies.
This is not a content moderation role instead you will work as an AI evaluator creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows that help improve advanced speech-based systems.
Requirements
- Native/fluent Japanese good English (B2 level)
- Bachelors degree (required)
- Valid work permit for Germany or EU passport
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable working on-site with different types of content
