Japanese Speaking AI Content Reviewer

Key Responsibilities

As a Japanese-Speaking AI Content Reviewer you will:

• Review evaluate and moderate AI-generated content to ensure compliance with quality ethical and accuracy standards.

• Identify inaccuracies inconsistencies or inappropriate content and provide clear feedback.

• Support the development and improvement of AI content recognition through detailed annotation and review processes.

• Collaborate with linguists project managers and technical teams to address content quality issues.

• Follow strict content guidelines to maintain accuracy and cultural sensitivity.

• Document and report patterns issues and suggestions for process improvement.

• Keep up to date with changes in project guidelines and AI system updates.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent Japanese (C1) exceptional written and spoken communication skills.

• English proficiency (B2 level minimum) to collaborate effectively with an international team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in content moderation AI annotation or linguistics is an advantage but not required.

• Good computer skills and ability to work with specialized tools and platforms.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Essen.

• Adaptability and openness to learning in a dynamic evolving environment.
