Job Summary

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Integration & Test Engineer to support Automated Test Development as part of the Missile Defense Programs (MDP) Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) discipline. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scripts tools and tests to support the final checks of software regression testing.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain an automated test suite in MATLAB.

• Develop and utilize a MATLAB GUI to present and analyze data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design development testing and validation to ensure successful integration and functionality of capabilities.

• Develop and execute plans schedules and procedures to meet project milestones and deliverables.

• Perform system-level analyses and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

• Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.

• Prepare and present technical documentation reports and presentations to stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires Bachelor of Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of related experience.

• Experience with MATLAB analysis and test development.

• Experience with systems Integration test data analysis and/or verification.

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with Python C/C and/or other programming languages.

• Experience developing in a Linux/Unix environment.

• Experience with agile development methods

• Experience integrating AN/TPY-2 product in both domestic and FMS configurations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Candidate must exhibit a degree of ingenuity creativity and resourcefulness.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with coworkers suppliers stakeholders and customers in a team environment.

• Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
