ROLE SUMMARY:
The Talent Analyst is responsible for supporting the design implementation and administration of compensation programs and workforce data systems. This dual role manages and analyzes compensation programs while also serving as an HRIS (Workday) subject matter expert. This role ensures data integrity supports compensation strategy and delivers insights that drive people making decisions.

KEY COMPETENCIES:
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Skilled in Workday/HRIS Excel and compensation analysis tools.
Works cross functionally with Talent Management Finance IT and Legal.
Maintains strict confidentiality and adheres to ethical standard in handling sensitive data.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced complex environment. Advocate and lead change management processes surrounding process modifications.
Ability to plan execute and oversee projects effectively to achieve defined objectives within scope time and other organizational constraints.
Proactively prioritizes employee experience by anticipating needs taking ownership resolving issues to completion providing empathy and patience and building relationships.

Regular attendance on-site is an essential function of this position. Typical business hours are Monday Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (or flexed to best meet the needs of the clients and/or the Division); 40 hours per workweek; weekend holiday or evening coverage is occasionally required. Work hours will need to be flexible in order to respond to special work assignments or evening activities as requested by the team leader.

$63700 full time full beneifts available
