Building Maintenance

Essential Responsibilities

• Dusting mopping trash collection
• Minor repairs (e.g. locks wall gaps)
• Electrical inspections and appliance installations
• Yard work: mowing raking gardening
• Safety checks (e.g. fire alarms)
• Adherence to health & safety standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical systems
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read technical manuals
• Basic computer skills
