Rohner Finishing Systems is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Quality and Safety to join our growing team in Vancouver WA. This is a new critical role for our company created to meet the needs of our substantial growth.

As a key leader you will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing all quality and safety programs across the organization. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and a proven track record of creating and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards. If possible obtain AS9100 certification.
• Establish and maintain safety protocols and training programs to foster a culture of safety.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate quality and safety practices into daily operations.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Analyze data to identify trends and proactively address potential quality and safety risks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role focused on quality and safety.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a culture of accountability and excellence.
