We are looking for an experienced change management specialist to join our Change & Adaption team at ROCKWOOL. The team is growing and we are expanding to include a hub in our Poznań office in Poland - this position will be based there. Working in close collaboration with Change & Adaption colleagues at our headquarters in Hedehusene Denmark you will play a central role in supporting our ongoing business transformation efforts by making change management a core competence and building change capabilities across the organization.

You will become part of a dedicated team of five change management specialists and a student assistant working both locally and globally. Our goal is to make change management a core organizational strength supporting the successful delivery of transformation initiatives throughout ROCKWOOL.

What you will be doing

In this senior role you will:

• Drive the development of change management capabilities across the organization. This includes planning facilitating and delivering a variety of training and learning activities for colleagues at all levels
• Enhance and implement our global change and adaption framework and tools built on PROSCI methodology and adapted to ROCKWOOLs context.
• Provide guidance and expertise to projects across the organization both within Group Operations and Technology and other areas assuring consistent application of change management practices.
• Coach and support local change masters appointed to specific projects helping them prepare for and manage change processes.
• Conduct assessments regarding project complexity change impact stakeholder engagement and ADKAR blueprints.
• Support and contribute to the creation and implementation of effective change management plans.
• Lead and participate in communication and engagement activities that help drive understanding alignment and adoption across stakeholders.

You may expect up to 40-50 days of travel per year mainly within Europe but also to other business locations such as the USA and Asia.

What you bring

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate:

• At least 5 years of practical experience with change management including a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead role on larger transformation programmes.
• Experience in designing and driving change strategies for complex cross-functional projects within a global organization.
• A Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Deep knowledge of change management methodologies such as PROSCI and ADKAR (PROSCI certification is an advantage).
• Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills at all levels including executive leaders.
• The ability to coach influence and build trust with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.
