Job Summary
Overview
Element has an opportunity for a remote Program Manager working on-site at Pratt & Whitney located in Columbus GA. This role is a key function in servicing our customer and being a liaison between Element Charlotte and Pratt & Whitney.
Position will be on-site at Pratt & Whitney in Columbus GA
Salary: $75000 - $130000/yr DOE
Responsibilities
Mitigate testing capacity concerns between the sites
Respond to any technical customer questions
Develop metrics for tracking purposes
Set & achieve testing goals
Create & present PowerPoint presentations
Other duties as assigned by the Manager
Skills / Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word Excel Outlook Teams PowerPoint etc)
Availability flexibility and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community with customers and within the company.
Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities.
Well developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs. Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
Ability to interface with clients win new work and determine their requirements; helps develop proposals including cost estimates work plan and terms and conditions.
