What Youll Do as a Lawn Care Technician:

Serve as the primary contact for residential and commercial clients while diagnosing lawn and plant health issues and recommending treatments.
Safely apply fertilizers pesticides and other products and perform pruning seeding landscaping and other maintenance tasks.
Manage a route of 200-300 clients throughout the season including occasional weekend work.
Operate & maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
Support other service areas through cross-training when needed.
Communicate clearly stay organized and manage your time effectively while working independently and with the team.
Work full-time with a 7:00 a.m. start (most techs 6-6:30 a.m.) averaging 40-45 hours/week March-November 50-60 during peak spring and fall with a guaranteed return after the winter layoff period.
Travel within a 50-mile radius of Thomasville covering York Adams and Cumberland Counties.

Our Ideal Lawn Care Technician:

Experienced: 1 years in the green industry (lawn care landscaping tree care horticulture etc.) with pesticide or other certifications such as tree care vegetation control irrigation or hardscape technology a plus.
Team Player: Works well with others motivated to contribute and communicates clearly in writing and speech.
Versatile: Willing to support other service areas across the company as needed.
Integrity-driven: Reliable honest and committed to doing quality work.
Tech Skill: Completes work orders on a phone or mobile device easily.
Active: Able to lift 70 lbs. and handle materials safely throughout the day.
