Overview:
Our cleint aleading international provider of profitable energy solutions is seeking an HR Officer to manage the full spectrum of its human resources and administrative functions. This role is critical for ensuring the operational and administrative management of the office runs smoothly and in compliance with group policies and local labour laws. The HR Officer will act as a key interface across all levels of the organisation overseeing everything from recruitment to employee relations. This position is responsible for upholding the companys culture and values through effective HR practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job definition candidate screening interviews and pre-employment checks.
- Coordinate and monitor comprehensive onboarding programs for all new hires to ensure successful integration.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with managers and monitor the training plan budgets and outcomes.
- Liaise with the payroll service provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits administration.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and reconciliations for approval by the Finance department.
- Manage all employee administration including contracts personnel files and leave tracking while maintaining HR database systems for reporting and audits.
- Oversee HR-related administration for leavers which includes conducting exit interviews and ensuring the return of company equipment.
- Manage the performance appraisal process and assist in coordinating inputs for talent reviews and succession planning.
- Maintain and update company HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Group standards and local requirements.
- Draft all official documentation related to disciplinary inquiries poor work performance and grievances.
Desired Experience & Qualification
What Were Looking For:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources
- 5 - 8 years in an office-based environment role
- Expert knowledge of HR-related legislation compliance and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.
- Demonstrated experience operating with a high sense of confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
