About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) youll provide high-quality care to our residents supporting their physical and emotional well-being. Youll work closely with CNAs and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely accurate care and maintain thorough documentation.
You Will:
- Promote and restore residents health through the nursing process
- Perform treatments and provide physical educational and emotional support
- Supervise and support CNA team members
- Administer medications and report relevant updates to staff
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation using electronic medical records
- Ensure a safe clean and comfortable environment for residents
Requirements:
- Current and valid NY LPN License
- Valid CPR Certification
- Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital is a plus
- New graduates are welcome to apply!
