Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The Swim & Dive Team Manager role supportsall aspects of team life including workout support administrative support data entry time taking and various other managements for meets and everyday practice.
Transferable Skills: Include but are not limited to those of organization leadership coaching instruction and time management.
Duties and Responsibilities: include daily workoutsupportin theform of split takingvideoing technical support and otherduties directed by the coaches.
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills) Applicants should have a background in competitive swimming computer skills data entry as well as friendly professional relationships with peers and staff.
