Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic this role you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of various projects by assisting in planning implementation and monitoring. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate communication allocate resources and track project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Coordinate project tasks and timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans reports and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate communication between team members clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and update project management tools to reflect current status.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
