We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations and enhance team productivity. This individual will work closely with the Management Team to streamline administrative tasks manage CRM and ERP systems and assist in marketing and sales coordination.
*Serve as the initial point of contact for phone calls and guests
*Manage calendars and conference room scheduling
*Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations
*Order and manage office supply inventory
*Maintain physical and digital document filing systems
*Serve as the primary support for ERP and CRM systems
*Maintain accurate customer supplier and contact records
* Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Office Management or related field (preferred)
*Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Power BI)
*Familiarity with CRM tools and ERP platforms
