Job Summary

Description

Work directly with Oracle Health IT Managed Services client to build and support server and data center infrastructure. This role involves building and supporting Windows OS virtual machines building and supporting physical and virtual server infrastructure supporting Citrix CVAD environment and completing assigned incident management tickets. This role works directly with the client and technical teams for advanced-tier troubleshooting.



Responsibilities

Manage and support VMware virtualized server environments

Configure maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems.

Provide support and maintenance for Citrix CVAD environment.

Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 support addressing advanced system issues.

Monitor system performance and perform capacity planning.

Implement security best practices and ensure system compliance.

Participate in system upgrades patches and disaster recovery planning.

Document procedures configurations and support resolutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56300 to $112600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
