Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategiesaligned with company goals and client needs.
- Lead transformation and improvement initiativesto boost service quality and scalability.
- Oversee daily operationsincluding inbound outbound inventory and order fulfillment.
- Ensure efficient use of resources(manpower equipment space) and meet service level agreements.
- Monitor and analyze KPIsto maintain performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage operational budget and P&L identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Build strong client relationshipsand ensure high service responsiveness.
- Collaborate across departments(BD AM IT HR HSE) for smooth operations and projects.
- Ensure compliancewith policies regulations and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and support audit readiness.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in 3PL logistics operations with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing operations for lifestyle sectors or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and guide large teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in logistics systems (WMS SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical financial and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of logistics trends customer expectations and operational best practices.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience in business correspondence is a plus.
