Lead Mold Repair Maintenance Technician I Multiple Shifts Available

Available Shifts:

• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

• 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday

• 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday

Job Description:

• Lead off shift team in changes and hot runner rebuild in the plastics area

• Lead off shift team in mold changes and cold runner block rebuilds in the rubber injection area

• Lead advanced troubleshooting skills in all areas of Mold Repair

• Fully capable of training Mold Repair Level II & III associates

• Minimum 2 years experience as Mold Repair Level III or equivalent leadership experience

• Extensive experience with rubber injection molding manufacturing / operations fork truck and leadership / training

Desired Qualifications:

• Capable of safely operating up to a 15000 pound capacity fork truck

• Leadership / training experience

• Focus on safety and quality

• Respirator qualified

• Be receptive to ideas

• Lead and follow with respect

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• High school education and previous experience preferred.

• Proficient in all areas of Mold Repair Level III

Pay Range is $26.40/hr - $32.90/hr.
