Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing optimising and growing the performance of our website (via Strapi CMS) and mobile app ensuring both deliver best-in-class user experiences and measurable business results. You will take ownership of content updates SEO optimisation keyword strategy conversion tracking and user testing with the ultimate goal of driving sustainable growth and improved ROI across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Website & App Content Management: Maintain and update website content through Strapi CMS ensuring accuracy engagement and alignment with brand messaging.
- Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up manage and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager Google Analytics and related tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- SEO Strategy & Implementation: Apply best practices in on-page and technical SEO conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve search visibility and organic rankings.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Monitor test and optimise user journeys across website and app to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
- User Testing & Behaviour Analysis: Conduct A/B tests usability studies and heatmap analysis to identify friction points and optimise the customer journey.
- Performance Reporting: Track analyse and report on website and app performance metrics including traffic conversions SEO rankings and user behaviour.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with in-house Marketing External Consultants and Tech teams to align on performance goals and implement improvements.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with SEO CRO analytics and performance marketing innovations.
- Event Support: Assist the Marketing team in promoting and executing internal and external events and culture activities.
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing UX. Digital Marketing Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing SEO and CRO.
- Practical experience managing content through a CMS.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager Google Analytics and other reporting/tracking tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and user behaviour tools (Hotjar Clarity etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach.
