Job Summary
Sponsler - Donley Ford of Ashland is looking for a Lube Oil Filter Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and changing oil in customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Check oil levels and communicate to teammates
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Install new oil drain plugs and new oil filters
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
- Provide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customers perspective comes first
- Present a friendly professional greeting to customers and help identify confirm and offer a resolution to customer concerns
Requirements:
- Communication skills communicate effectively with others
- Time management manage ones own time and time of others
- Typing skills ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders
- Mathematical skills calculating service costs and counting change
- Basic computer skills
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Personal and professional integrity
