主要工作职责:
设定团队销售目标制定区域推广策略和行动计划完成销售指标 管理团队培养下属专业化推广能力销售技巧时间管理客户管理产品知识学习等 承接EMKTMK 学术活动在区域落地积累优秀经验提炼成功模式在团队内复制 加速产品在社区中心准入提高医生覆盖率和诊治率覆盖更多新患者 区域专家维护和培养组织和搭建学术活动平台通过专家背书提高品牌声量 独立判断和敏锐洞察政策市场机会和风险降低生意损失把握政策红利
任职条件Qualifications: (该职位任职者所需具备的成功要素/ Key success factors the job holder should have)
- 本科以上学历相关医药专业优先
- 专业学术的成功的制药公司的推广经验3-5年以上.
- 熟悉本辖区医药市场具体状况特点及相关医药政策法规
- 了解本公司产品及竞争产品市场
- 掌握医院工作环节医院销售特点及医院市场推广的基本理论技巧
- 较强的区域业务规划能力较好的资源分配地区管理大客户管理能力
- 较强的组织协调人际关系沟通能力/影响力
- 较强的分析计划执行能力
- 具有指导培养激励下属的能力
- 了解数字化管理模式框架有数字化管理思路
- 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
- 良好的英语听说读写译能力
