Document Scanner/Prepper
Pay Rate:$19/hr.
Schedule: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM (or until completion)
Type: Temp-to-Perm (90 days to conversion based on performance)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Scanner/Prepper. This role is responsible for operating Falcon scanning machines reviewing scanned work for accuracy and assisting with document preparation tasks. Candidates will receive full training on both prepper and scanner functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Falcon scanning equipment to process and scan documents.
- Review scanned images for accuracy and quality.
- Perform prepper duties including organizing sorting and preparing documents for scanning.
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in a high-volume production environment.
- Follow company procedures to ensure secure handling of all documents.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work overnight hours until tasks are complete.
- Reliable work history with demonstrated job longevity (required).
- Prior experience in document handling scanning or production environment is a plus but not required training provided.
