Oracle GDI- Government Defense & Intelligence seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Consulting Services team and play a pivotal role in delivering mission-critical solutions to our clients in the defense and intelligence sectors.

This role is a full-time in-person position primarily based in the office with occasional visits to client sites. We are seeking candidates who reside in the Virginia/Washington DC region.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

• Lead and inspire a small technical team setting clear goals and ensuring high-quality on-time delivery of projects.
• Own the overall program scheduleplan assign and manage team tasks to meet key milestones.
• Oversee completion and submission of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Facilitate regular working groups with customer budget subject matter experts (SMEs) fostering alignment clear communication and collaborative problem-solving.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to customers skillfully gathering feedback and translating complex requirements into actionable plans for your team.
• Capture and incorporate customer feedback from demos and user acceptance testing into continuous product improvements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by championing quality and efficiency throughout program delivery.

What You Bring:

• 10 years of successful program/project management experience including IT transformation projects.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and complex initiatives preferably in defense or intelligence environments.
• Deep understanding of systems engineering within cloud environments (SaaS IaaS PaaS and data platforms).
• Strong knowledge of risk management system acquisition and the IT lifecycle for cloud-based systems or experience with major technology transitions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and across stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery.
• Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications a plus).

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
• ITIL
• Agile/Scrum Certification

Security Clearance:

• MUST possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Poly

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97500 to $199500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
