This is not a high-volume PI mill. Instead youll handle meaningful casescatastrophic injuries wrongful death and complex liability matterswhile working closely with partners on strategy and client advocacy. The firm emphasizes sustainability with 40-hour workweeks hybrid flexibility and a culture of collaboration making it an excellent environment for long-term growth.
What Youll Do
- Independently manage a docket of litigated and pre-litigation PI cases
- Handle depositions discovery mediations and motion practice
- Work with partners on strategy and trial preparation (trial experience not required)
- Communicate regularly with clients experts and opposing counsel
- Contribute to shaping the culture of a small collegial PI team
Whats Offered
- Base salary: $140000 $180000
- Bonus potential: discretionary/performance-based
- Hybrid flexibility: 2 days in office to start later 1 day per week
- Schedule: 40-hour work weeks encouraged
