Landscape Supervisor

We are hiring a Landscape Supervisor to assist the Landscape Manager in day-to-day operations of the Landscape Department. Supervisor will have the responsibility of leading team members to complete tasks at Benchmark properties. These responsibilities include but are not limited to mowing trimming edging spraying weeds installations and irrigation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to lead team members in completing tasks
• Provide direct landscape maintenance services at all Benchmark properties
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Landscape Manager
• Must have experience with all aspects of landscape maintenance including mowing trimming plant care tree trimming and disease control
• Must have good knowledge of all landscape equipment
• Must possess ability to work independently
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to supervise others
• Must have the ability to perform physical work required
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have at least 5 years experience in the landscape field leading crew members
• Must have a valid Indiana drivers license
