Job Summary
Low Voltage Estimator
Northwest Metro Full-Time $75k$105k
Were partnering with a leading electrical and low-voltage contractor to add a Low Voltage Estimator to their team. This role supports multifamily and commercial projects preparing detailed estimates and proposals across structured cabling access control voice/data video surveillance fire alarm systems and related technologies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented confident in reading construction documents and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Low Voltage Estimator Responsibilities
- Review drawings and specifications to define project scope
- Perform material takeoffs and develop accurate estimates and proposals
- Participate in jobsite walkthroughs to gather estimating information
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to align budgets and timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
Low Voltage Estimator Qualifications
- 35 years of experience estimating low-voltage systems (structured cabling access control surveillance voice/data fire alarm etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and produce clear accurate proposals
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with OST EBM or other estimating tools is a plus

- $75k$105k base salary depending on experience
