The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) seeks an experienced Staff Analyst to join the Design Center South team located in Huntsville Alabama.
Position Responsibilities:
- Staff Analyst (think more turn-the-crank) - Huntsville:
- Maintain/update weekly DC-S Allocation Tool
- Maintain Server Access (AD Tools)
- Maintain Adaptive Planning
- Student onboarding laptop orders seating
- Student & Visitor BEMSID & Badging actions
- SPS Reporting & Invoices
- HSV Management support like travel/expense reports
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor)
- Associate level 2: Typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experienced level 3: Typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 2 years direct applicable staff analyst experience
- 2 years working government funded contracts
- 2 years experience supporting senior leadership in an aerospace or aircraft products environment
