A Day in the Life
Marketing Specialist plays a key role in aligning the creative direction with the companys strategic objectives and is responsible for developing implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Cluster Central Poland and SEECA of Cardiac Surgery organization. A marketing specialist will be responsible for working with executives to set budgets and targets as well as developing pricing strategies for products and services.Change your career to exploration innovation and championing healthcare access and equity for all. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for Cardiac Surgery department.
- Implement strategy.
- Promote business product and service.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management sales or customer support.
- Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Masters degree in academic backgrounds including marketing communication business and other fields
- 5 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- CEE location preferably
