Were looking for a Recruitment Manager who will bring energy care and expertise to the full recruitment journey. This is from finding and attracting brilliant talent to creating exceptional candidate experiences ensuring new colleagues feel inspired and ready from day one. This is a hands-on role where youll lead every part of the process shaping the way we recruit and the way people experience IGD.


What youll do

  • Champion candidate experiences ensuring every person who interacts with IGD feels respected valued and inspired whether they join us or not.
  • Attract and engage top talent bringing creativity and fresh ideas to sourcing campaigns and outreach so we continue to build diverse brilliant teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end process from writing compelling job ads sourcing and screening running interviews through to offers and onboarding.
  • Deliver exceptional onboarding creating a welcoming seamless start that reflects our culture and sets new joiners up for success.
  • Design and coordinate onboarding materials and programmes ensuring every new colleague has the right information connections and inspiration to thrive.
  • Use data and insight analysing trends and outcomes to influence our recruitment approach strengthen decision-making and continuously improve.
  • Shape and deliver a progressive recruitment strategy that evolves with our business needs and keeps IGD at the forefront of attracting great talent.
  • Represent IGDs brand role-modelling our behaviours in every interaction: were hungry for better we say what needs to be said we solve it together and we make it happen.
  • Partner with leaders providing expert advice building trust and ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and capability.

What were looking for

  • Hands-on recruitment experience across the full hiring cycle.
  • A natural ability to build trust and put people at ease.
  • Creativity and resilience in finding and attracting the best talent.
  • Proven experience in delivering brilliant candidate care and onboarding.
  • Experience creating onboarding programmes and materials.
  • Confidence in advising and influencing managers.
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and influence outcomes.
  • Energy positivity and commitment to our values and behaviours.
  • Advanced Linkedin Recruiter experience.
  • Experience recruiting across a number of functions in a business.
