The start date for this position is March 2 2026.

Quality teacher and coach of the skills strategies and development of competitive high school girls lacrosse. Expectations include valuing education-based athletic programs and the willingness to collaborate with staff members and effectively promote an overall quality athletic program for our student-athletes and community.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Prior HS coaching experience (preferred but not required)
• College playing experience (preferred but not required)
• Dedication to the positive development of the person as well as the player
• Excellent communication skills
• Be dependable organized punctual
• Availability to commit to evening schedule 5 days a week during the season

The coach shall have completed the annual online required trainings as well as other West Linn-Wilsonville employment requirements.
