Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Senior New Business Development in North West Delhi North Delhi. This is a full-time role that requires 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The candidate will spearhead efforts to drive new business initiatives and expand our market presence. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of market trends and customer needs within the B2B Corporate & Industrial Sector.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in market research to identify new business opportunities and key customer segments.
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and tools to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Experience in account management with a strong ability to maintain and cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales strategy demonstrating success in engaging and securing corporate accounts.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret market data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to execute effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to secure new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and new sectors for business growth within the apparel industry.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients delivering compelling presentations that align with their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure beneficial terms for the company and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing while achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to refine strategy and improve overall market performance.
  • Host regular check-ins with existing clients to foster relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
