About the Team
The Cisco Technical Enablement team at Ingram Micro is responsible for supporting partner success across the West Territory. This team serves as a strategic technical resource helping partners grow their Cisco practices by aligning with Ciscos go-to-market initiatives and delivering high-impact enablement services. The role contributes directly to Ingram Micros broader mission of accelerating partner growth through technical expertise and strategic engagement.
Role Overview
This field-based role focuses on enabling and expanding Cisco partner capabilities throughout the West Territory. The Specialist will work closely with development executives and account managers to implement Cisco strategies deliver technical training and support partner business planning. The position requires regular travel to partner sites and a strong ability to build trust and drive adoption of Cisco programs.

This is a field-based role supporting partners across the West Coast. Candidates located near California or Arizona office hubs are preferred. Regular travel to partner sites is expected.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115600.00 - $196500.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
