Job Summary

- Answer incoming calls emails and online inquiries in a professional friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and dispatch craftsmen through ServiceTitan (training provided)
- Assist customers with service requests estimates and project updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details in the system
- Provide timely follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and escalate when needed
- Support office operations including billing invoicing and payment collection
- Assist with marketing efforts such as social media posts and customer reviews
- Representing Ace in the community at events and marketing to local businesses.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors a plus)
- 12 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ServiceTitan
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Positive team-oriented attitude

The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brandare the heart and soul of our turn-key white-glove home repair maintenance and improvement are skilled and experienced in many trades but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customersfolks truly appreciate our high level of service and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
