FCP Oversight Lead

As lead for the FCP Oversight team you will lead a team that plays a pivotal role in creating the insights for FCP NL operational tactical and strategic steering. You and your team also provide process steering information to the local and global delivery organization for continuous improvement purposes and to ensure we meet operational effective risk and compliance targets.

You are responsible for defining the metrics we use based on global standards that are used within ING as well as create run and change the reports that are used for steering. You are a trusted advisor that helps stakeholders interpret the data in the reports and make it actionable.

The Lead Oversight is responsible for managing the Reporting team and double hatting as Lead Business Intelligence. You will work in the FCP NL organization and report to the Lead FCP Effectiveness

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Strategy definition for Oversight Effectiveness reporting & BI.

• Interpret the global guidance for CRAS/OE KPIs and CX operationalize via roadmapping for reporting.

• Responsible for all end-2-end FCP operational tactical and strategic reporting activities which includes:

• Define metrics that are used in FCP reports in line with global standards

• Build run and maintain FCP reports and BI

• Create actionable insights and early warning to make sure FCP NL is on par or above KPIs

• Align with a wide array of stakeholders to validate and interpret outcomes and create meaningful insights for (sr) management.

• Role modelling in the light of INGs Orange Code and Customer Promise as member of the broader leadership team

• You hire manage and develop people in your team playing an active role in the well-being and engagement of employees and the development of their craftsmanship.

• The oversight lead reports to the FCP Effectiveness Lead

A leader who will act as a behavioral role model with focus on delivery and content displaying the following behaviors and skills:

• Completed WO or HBO education.

• ACAMS certification is a pre

• Growth mentality and ability to inspire

• Minimal 5 years of experience in KYC or similar role

• Proven track record in senior management and stakeholder reporting and communication

• Ability to display style flexibility and adapt plan approach and behavior to the different needs and situations to different layers in the organization
