Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Practice Manager in Prescott Arizona. This is a permanent position with salary and benefits.
The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations for a pulmonary and sleep clinic with two providers and four staff. The role is pivotal in ensuring efficient clinic performance supporting providers and enrolling patients into virtual care programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing staff schedules HR functions and workplace culture.
Maintaining patient satisfaction through strong front-office leadership including phone fax and inbox management.
Enrolling patients into virtual care programs with a personable and engaging style.
Tracking and achieving operational metrics such as full schedules zero inbox and patient enrollment goals.
Managing conflict and fostering team cohesion amidst turnover challenges.
Ensuring supplies ordering and practice operations run seamlessly.
The ideal candidate:
Prior experience managing clinics front office or back office operations.
Strong people management skills including conflict resolution and team retention.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with EHR systems and enrollment workflows.
Charismatic ambitious and career-driven with the ability to keep staff and patients engaged.
Background in specialty medical clinics is a plus though not required.
Base Salary Production Bonuses
Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week on-site in Prescott Arizona. Fridays off.
