Job Summary
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVELER WILL NOT REQUEST SHIFT ACCOMMODATIONS DURING INTERVIEW. TRAVELER MUST BE ABLE TO WORK POSTED SCHEDULE AS NEEDED.
For Holiday Coverage Travelers are REQUIRED to work TWO of the following:
Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and Friday/weekend after
NOTE Extensions that are requested to END in November or before the holiday starts in December will NOT be considered for an extension at the beginning of 2026
COVID VACCINATION strongly encouraged for the contract. Exemption forms provided upon request which will be reviewed by the Occ Board for next steps.
Local travelers - who reside within 50 miles of facility will not be considered for this need but are welcome to apply for a perm position. Thank you!
- Ability to formulate an individual plan of care revise plan as indicated by the patients response to treatment and evaluate overall plan for effectiveness.
- Coordinates and supervises patient care as necessary.
- Demonstrates an ability to organize and prioritize job function.
- Utilizes assessment data to identify patient care needs to include patient education and discharge planning.
- Recognizes and reports abnormal assessment data and incorporates findings into the plan of care: validates and revises expected outcomes based on assessment.
- Accurately and legibly documents all patient care activities including but not limited to wound assessment patient care teaching demonstrated progress toward goals medication administration nursing flow sheets and all assessment forms.
- Delegates tasks to the health care team members appropriately.
Patient population: Pediatric-Geriatric
Nurse to patient ratio: 1:5 possible 1:7 on Nights
EMR: EPIC
Dress code: Any color scrubs
Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
Call Call-back and Charge: Not applicable for this need
OT: 1.25% multiplier

- 3 years CURRENT MS experience
- Previous travel experience required (at least 6 mos)
- Tele/Progressive Care Experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- EPIC EMR experience - REQUIRED
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Perm address must be included in profile
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active NH or Compact License is required at time of submission. Facility will not pend RN license.
Weekend Requirements : TBD/Holidays required if needed
