Job Summary

Director (IT) role is responsible for effectively managing the HR Workday platform.

FULLTIME/DIRECT HIRE - Base Bonus and Benefits!

Manage an IT team responsible for the Workday platform and meeting the needs of a diverse and thriving workforce.

Responsible for staffing budget compliance contributing to staffing decisions such as hiring and terminating employment coaching and counseling employees on work related performance and assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or relevant field required.
15 years experience in Information technology with system development/configuration experience.
Experience leading/managing teams required
Project management experience required.
