Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Generative AI SME to lead the design development and deployment of generative AI solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in machine learning natural language processing and generative models (e.g. GPT DALL E Stable Diffusion) and will play a pivotal role in driving AI strategy research and implementation.

• Lead the development and deployment of generative AI models for text image audio and video generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science Engineering Product and Business) to identify use cases and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Evaluate and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other generative architectures for performance accuracy and ethical compliance.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in generative AI and apply them to real-world problems.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) prototypes and production-grade systems using generative AI.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including bias mitigation explainability and data privacy.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists in generative AI techniques and best practices.
• Contribute to the creation of internal documentation whitepapers and technical presentations.

• Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or related field.
• 5 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 2 years focused on generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face Transformers.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs diffusion models GANs VAEs and other generative architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering fine-tuning and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with multimodal AI systems (text image/audio/video).
• Publications or contributions to open-source generative AI projects.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory frameworks.
