About the Role
We are seeking a performance-drivenPPC Team Leadwith at least 3 years of experience in digital advertising. This role requires deep expertise inGoogle Ads(Search Display Shopping Performance Max) andMeta Ads with the ability to strategize execute and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. The individual will be responsible for leading a small team driving operational excellence and ensuring that client campaigns consistently achieve performance benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan implement and optimize campaigns acrossGoogle AdsandMeta Ads with Google Ads as the primary channel.
- Provide leadership mentorship and oversight to a team of PPC executives to maintain quality control and improve team capabilities.
- Conduct advanced keyword research audience segmentation and creative testing to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Manage budgets pacing and bidding strategies to optimize conversions and ROI.
- Establish proper tracking mechanisms (Google Tag Manager GA4 enhanced conversions) and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare in-depth performance reports highlighting insights trends and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with SEO content and design teams to align campaign strategies across channels.
- Remain updated on evolving Google Ads and Meta Ads features policies and best practices integrating new opportunities into campaign strategy.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in marketing advertising or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience managingGoogle Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong command of campaign types includingSearch Display Shopping Performance Max and Meta lead generation/conversion campaigns.
- Proficiency with analytics tools includingGA4 Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets extract insights and make optimization decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads Bing Ads and social media advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and web analytics tools.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research bid management and ad copywriting.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads Meta Ads and other relevant platforms are preferred.
