Description
Heetwave Properties is seeking an Entry-Level Property Manager to join our team in the Hospitality industry. As a Property Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our properties in Chula Vista. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence to ensure the smooth functioning of our properties and provide excellent service to our tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of properties
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards
- Handle tenant inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Collect rent enforce lease agreements and handle evictions if necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
