About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused bilingual Italian English professional to join our Home Appliances customer service team in Lisbon on an on-site basis. This role requires excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences for the Italian market.

Schedule

  • Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Hours: 07:00 17:00 (rotational shifts)
  • Days Off: Sunday 1 rotational day

Salary & Bonuses

  • Base Salary: 1000 per 14 months
  • Welcome Bonus: 2000 (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment)
    • Installments are conditional on maintaining < 6% unjustified absenteeism in the preceding month.
  • Position Bonus: 100 per 12 months
  • Performance Bonus: N/A

Allowances & Benefits

  • Meal allowance: 7.23 per day
  • Transport allowance: 20 per month
  • Health Insurance: Provided from day one
    • Employee contribution applies for the first 6 months; free thereafter
  • Additional Position Bonus Braga projects: 20 per 12 months (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service for the Italian market via phone email and chat.
  • Provide accurate product and service information for home appliances.
  • Handle complaints troubleshoot issues and offer solutions within company policies.
  • Maintain quality standards in every interaction.
  • Ensure punctuality and attendance requirements are met to qualify for bonus incentives.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native/Fluent Italian Good English (B2 or above)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and patience with customers.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts in a fast-paced environment.
