Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Stewarding Attendant in Riyadh Saudi Arabia! Were seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our food and beverage operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of all surfaces in kitchen and dining areas
- Operate and maintain kitchen cleaning equipment effectively
- Keep floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstructions
- Assist in the proper storage and organization of kitchen utensils and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Support the food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Perform regular inventory checks of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Assist in waste management and recycling initiatives
- Participate in deep cleaning schedules as required
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent team player with a collaborative mindset
- Passion for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in operating various kitchen cleaning equipment
- Time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for measuring cleaning solutions accurately
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia
