Job Summary

ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Technical Developer

Responsibilities:

Work as a core ServiceNow developer with focus on the SPM module (formerly ITBM IT Business Management).
Configure customize and implement SPM applications such as:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning & Cost Transparency
- Agile/SAFe modules (if applicable)
Build custom applications integrations and workflows using ServiceNow platform capabilities (Flow Designer Script Includes Business Rules Client Scripts UI Actions etc.).
Perform SPM module configuration dashboards reports scorecards portfolio roadmaps project workspaces.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Follow best practices for coding performance optimization and platform governance.
Support upgrades patches and production issues for SPM-related modules.
