The role supports PeopleSoft Treasury Operations for a Prime client involving:
Cashflow forecasting investments
Excel-based modeling (Pivot VLOOKUP)
Uploading data into Deal Management
Resolving production issues
Assisting in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migration
Ensuring accurate investment capture accounting rules for Cash AR LOC invoices & reconciliation in PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud

About this Position / Responsibilities

• Provide daily functional support to end users in Treasury department for preprocessing of data and preparation for input into Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal modules.
• Lead and support the configuration testing and implementation of changes in Peoplesoft Treasury and Deal module and accounting reconciliations.
• Assist in PeopleSoft production close processes including:
  o Running and excel to CI interfaces and accounting entry generation
  o Supporting the generation and distribution of cash and investments performance reports.
• Resolve trade data entry errors.
• Analyzing interface issue with investments excel to CI
• Involve in Oracle cloud implementation project.
• Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries using reporting tool to support transactional and treasury data analysis for business users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and interface issues and ensure integration points function as expected.
• Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in the documentation of business processes configurations and system modifications.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience supporting end users in Treasury department.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple PeopleSoft/ERP modules.
• Strong knowledge of investments and data reconciliation with experience in financial data reconciliation.
• Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP/Peoplesoft Treasury Cash and Deal.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements:

• Progression in CFA or other finance professional certifications.
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle cloud
• Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools

Familiarity with PeopleSoft Project Costing module
