Job Title: Level 3 Project Managers
Location: Albany NY (50% On-Site Requirement so Relocation is a must!)
Duration: 18MONTHS
Daily activities will include but are not limited to:
- Defining and managing project scope schedule and budget managing project schedule and budget variances and providing implementation alternatives to mitigate project risk related to scope schedule and budget.-Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks across the project stakeholder community.

- Managing project teams following the systems development life cycle including the business requirements definition technical design code development system testing including unit system performance etc. deployment and rollout including training and pilot implementations
- Managing all aspects of the project including risk issues communication plan decisions actions and project interdependencies.
- Managing resources in a matrix management organization and collaborate with senior management on resource allocations based on project priorities.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders including project team members state agencies and Social Service Districts ensuring project objectives are understood and roles and responsibilities are well defined.
- Oversee and coordinate Systems Integration vendor implementations including scope and methodology adherence resource management deliverable review and approvals and progress reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
| Mandatory Qualification
(PASS/FAIL) |
- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Project Manager
|
- Minimum 12 years experience as a PMO Project Manager and experience working in a PMO supporting Health and Human Services Eligibility system supporting at least one of the following domains: Medicaid Public Assistance SNAP HEAP or Child Care with proven experience in data conversion and data modeling Including working with Legacy systems ETL teams and validating data quality.

| Additional Qualifications: |
- Minimum experience of managing a program Budget of a minimum of $100 million.
|
- Seven years of experience in active management of resource-loaded project schedules and resource assignments using Microsoft Project Microsoft Project Online and VBA scripting
|
- Understanding of data governance Privacy compliance standards
|
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Engineering or a related field
|
- Experience working with technical teams data analyst and integration partners. Comfortable leading technical discussions
|
- Current PMP or project management certification through Project Management Institute
|
- 5 years experience with Agile development and technical projects
