We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Admissions Supervisor at Seven Hills this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our admissions department. Your expertise in patient prioritization clinical knowledge and staff supervision will contribute to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities:
- âDraft and submit petitions notices affidavits/certificates of service and denial rights motions with the court on behalf of the patient and the facility.
- âProvide all relevant information from the court hearing to the appropriate department at the facility.
- âCompile maintain and track the mental health court appearances and evaluation appointments for all patients admitted to the facility on an involuntary basis.
- âCommunicate effectively with court clerks court-appointed doctors public defenders and various court personnel in order to coordinate and deliver correct patient information for hearings and evaluations.
- âAssemble chart materials for mental health court evaluations and hearings to provide evidence for each patients hold.
- âCommunicate patient court progression with appropriate departments at the facility.
- âEnsure accurate and timely documentation of relevant activities.

Qualifications:
- âHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in social work or health field preferred.

Licenses/Designations/Certifications:
- âCPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
- âFirst aid may be required based on state or facility.
