Position Purpose

Support the project management team and field leaders in the planning coordination and execution of construction projects. This role provides hands-on experience in construction operations design/VDC/fabrication and team collaboration.

Position Responsibilities

Assist in project planning scheduling and coordination.
Participate in internal design coordination and fabrication reviews.
Support site operations and monitor construction progress.
Help maintain project documentation including RFIs submittals and as-builts.
Manage certain projects based on skills abilities and experience.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Participate in meetings with contractors architects and engineers.
Assist with budgeting cost tracking and end of month financial reporting.

Summary of Skills Knowledge and Abilities

Strong interest in construction project management and design.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Currently enrolled in an applicable construction management or related program at an accredited institution.
