A Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning public areas and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing guest requests in a timely manner.
What will I be doing
As a Public Area Attendant you are responsible for cleaning public areas of the hotel and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Public Area Attendant will also be required to manage guest requests. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Clean public areas of the hotel
- Vacuum and clean restaurant/bar lobby and corridors
- Stock housekeeping offices with clean linen
- Collect all dirty linen and deliver it to the service door
Clean rooms and attend guest requests when needed
Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
- Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
