Occupational Therapist PRN

We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team. If youre passionate about helping people regain independence and live with dignity at home youll find a strong sense of purpose here at Haven.
What Youll Do
Make initial evaluation visits when occupational therapy is the only service ordered
Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the physician and care team
Provide skilled OT interventions to improve daily living safety and independence
Complete OASIS assessments and document functional emotional and mental health needs
What Youll Need
Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing
One year of recent OT experience (home health experience preferred)
Dependable transportation and a valid drivers license
