In the role of Business Banking Manager you will join the Business Banking team thats doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
- Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
- Talk to customers about their proposed business plans
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
- Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales lending credit assessment and control experience.
- Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
- A commitment to strong risk culture conduct and compliance risk.
