We have a role open for an Accountant supporting the Building Construction Products (BCP) this role you will be an essential partner to the business supporting the quarterly forecast and monthly analysis process as well as supporting the transition to OneStream.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with the business through providing meaningful and timely insights & analysis to understand results and drive improved financial performance
- Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures providing guidance to others in the business
- Drive standardization simplification and efficiencies in finance processes
What You Have:
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the companys business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Finance and Accounting: Knowledge of finance and accounting practices financial analysis and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Organizational Governance: Knowledge of the processes customs policies and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies.
- Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
- Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Bachelors degree in an Accounting or Finance related discipline
- Progressive Accounting or Finance related experience
- CPA CMA or equivalent
Summary Pay Range:
$87480.00 - $131280.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
